Our history

The company started in 2022 under a different name.

Khronos Group 305 LLC was established in 2022 as 305 CRISS LLC, a small service business helping clients with construction problems. As the work grew into design coordination, permitting, inspections, legalizations, owner representation and consulting, the original name no longer described it.

Khronos means timing, process, precision and execution. In this work timing is the whole job: a permit that stalls, an inspection that is missed or a violation that nobody resolves moves every date behind it.
