The project

A luxury jeweller on the most exposed corner downtown.

CRM Jewelers took an empty ground-floor unit at 50 Biscayne, on the corner of Biscayne Boulevard and Flagler Street. The store had to hold up to the address and to the exposure, on the street and on social media.

The hard part was time. The project ran fast-track: design, architecture, engineering, permitting and construction all moving at once, with decisions being taken in parallel.

We worked with the client to order the ideas and settle what the store had to feel like, and then coordinated the architecture and engineering teams so an empty unit became something buildable without giving up the design.
