The project
1254 SW 2 St is a residential building in Miami. The photographs show it with the inside still open: corridors framed in block, metal studs standing, and the ducts and drainage run before the walls are closed.
Khronos Group 305 acts as the owner's representative on site. That is the owner's technical voice while the work runs: checking what gets built against what was permitted, keeping drawings, inspections and schedule aligned, and reporting back in terms the owner can decide on.
