The project
Aire Residences is a residential building in Bay Harbor Islands. The photographs were taken during the façade works: the glazing going up floor by floor from a suspended platform, the panes still labelled by the installer, and material arriving by crane while the structure behind is already closed.
Khronos Group 305 acts as the owner's representative on site. That is the owner's technical voice while the work runs: checking what gets built against what was permitted, keeping drawings, inspections and schedule aligned, and reporting back in terms the owner can decide on.
