The project
CARP Residence was developed with Worx Studio as architect of record. The house posed no great architectural challenge, but it asked for an extraordinary level of attention: every corner, junction, material and transition had to be worked out.
The client wanted a clean, coherent house where nothing looks improvised. So the work went well past resolving a floor plan: how the rooms relate to each other, how the materials end, how the technical elements are absorbed.
Our job was to carry the client's brief and coordinate it with Worx Studio and the engineering and construction teams, reviewing decisions and holding the attention on the details that decide the final quality.
