The project
The client was a growing developer. He needed a project he could move forward with safely: costs under control, risk down, and a duplex the market would actually buy.
Our job was to turn that into something buildable. We set the program, fixed the priorities and coordinated a compact, repeatable solution with the architecture and engineering teams.
Geometry, structure, services and materials were all simplified, and every decision was weighed against cost, build time and what sells, not only against the drawing.
