The same product, with a face of its own.

The client wanted to keep what worked: a duplex that is simple to build and easy to sell. What he did not want was a project that reads as a copy of the one before it.

So the entrance changed. It is more visible from the street, it sorts out the way you reach each unit and it gives the front something to stand on. A lighter palette does the rest.

The geometry stayed compact and the materials stayed practical, which is what keeps the cost where it was and the work easy to build.
