The project
NVB Community Center is a community building in North Bay Village, with a café at street level and padel courts alongside it. The images put the approved design next to the same corner built: the renders show what was permitted, the photograph shows the cladding up and the machinery still on site.
Khronos Group 305 acts as the owner's representative, from the design package through to the work on site. That is the owner's technical voice: checking what gets built against what was permitted, keeping drawings, inspections and schedule aligned, and reporting back in terms the owner can decide on.
