The project
Wyn 05 is a residential building with ground-floor retail in Wynwood. The photographs cover two moments of the same corner: concrete arriving on site with the street still torn up, and the building finished outside, murals painted and the ground floor advertised for lease.
Khronos Group 305 acted as the owner's representative through to closeout. That is the owner's technical voice on site: checking what gets built against what was permitted, keeping drawings, inspections and schedule aligned, and reporting back in terms the owner can decide on.
