The project
Wyn 31 is a small residential building in Wynwood, with a blue mural across two of its façades. The photographs show it at the end of construction, with the site fence still up, the roof terrace framed and the units already on sale.
Khronos Group 305 acted as the owner's representative through to closeout. That is the owner's technical voice on site: checking what gets built against what was permitted, keeping drawings, inspections and schedule aligned, and reporting back in terms the owner can decide on.
