The project
Wyn 35 is a residential building in Wynwood. The photographs show it mid-structure: block walls up to the top floor, scaffolding on all four sides, and timber and formwork being lifted from the street by crane.
Khronos Group 305 acts as the owner's representative on site. That is the owner's technical voice while the work runs: checking what gets built against what was permitted, keeping drawings, inspections and schedule aligned, and reporting back in terms the owner can decide on.
