The project
Wyn Ave is a residential building with ground-floor retail, on the corner of NW 5th Avenue and NW 34th Street in Wynwood. The photographs show it near the end of construction: façades painted, the murals finished, glazing still carrying its protective film and the retail units already advertised for lease.
Khronos Group 305 acted as the owner's representative through to closeout. That is the owner's technical voice on site: checking what gets built against what was permitted, keeping drawings, inspections and schedule aligned, and reporting back in terms the owner can decide on.
