Wynwood Padel Courts

The project

Not every lot is worth filling with building.

The client wanted to turn an urban lot in Wynwood into a padel club. The idea sounded simple. The real problem was making the courts, the parking, the entrances and the circulation work together on a plot with no room to spare.

Court orientation, run-off areas, where players come in, where cars come in, the parking bays and how all of it meets the street had to be solved as one single layout, not as separate pieces.

We took that to the architecture and engineering teams and coordinated what turns it into a real project: siting, lighting, drainage, landscaping, safety and the City of Miami requirements that apply.
